http://www.diaryofarockstar.com/?p=860 img_0289I had lunch today in Kensington Market today at a nice little place called Fresh Wood Grill with Dila. I don’t see Dila all too often anymore, so its always nice to be able to sit down and have a chill chat with her.

She’s helped the band out quite a bit in the past, and we’ve pretty much promised her a credit on the upcoming CD, not to mention being our backup sound person – apparently she has the capability to manipulate sliders…. she insists that she deserves a holographic unicorn that yells out her name somehow, but I’m not sure it’ll be in the budget… We’ll do our best I guess!

Anyway, the Fresh Wood Grill is a nice little spot on Baldwin St, right next to the Army Surplus store.. I’ve eaten there many times, and have enjoyed it thoroughly each time. Today I had the steak sandwich with sweet potato frieds, and they were delish. I highly recommend trying this place out! (It’s Cheap too!!)
