My name is Michael Ryan Caputo. I’m a Freelance Designer / Developer and also a musician.
I’ve been playing and preforming music for over half of my life. Some of the styles I play include, Rock, Alternative, Classical, Country, and Blues. I’ve toured extensively across Europe, and North America, however I will always consider myself nothing more than a simple student of music, and probably will be for my entire life. I intend to keep learning and growing throughout my life.
My professional life started when I decided that web design and development was something I was incredibly interested in. I spent 3 years in art school studying Graphic Design. Once I completed school, I combined my self taught skill of development with my design skills and have been working as a freelance designer/developer ever since.
I’m currently one of the lead developers at The Blog Studio. Working primarily with CMS software such as WordPress, Movable Type, and Expression Engine.
When I’m not working, I’m usually playing music in my band The Reason, or writing on this blog.
