A friend was working at the Tap last night – so a bunch of us went for some beers. This awkward couple sitting behind us kept awkwardly making out (in the middle of the bar) whilst the two of them took up an entire booth for themselves.
Monique provided adquite cover while I took this photo, but I think they realized shortly after, that we were all looking at them, and they left 
I spent the greater part of the day lounging around with my laptop. Thought I should go out and socialize or something (what’s that?). This is what I look like!
It snowed for most of today.. Not too much but enough that I wore my fancy new boots to the store when I went to get something to eat!
Today is the first day of 2010, and the first day of the new decade. I’ve always thought that the ‘new years’ thing was a bit weird, because there are so many different calendars. I guess we use symbolism to add meaning to our lives.
Either way, happy new year! This is where I spent my first hours of the new decade. It just started snowing as well!
