I’ve spent the last day in Belfast Ireland.. We took the bus up from Dublin, the bus was $75 cheaper than taking the train which only arrives an hour earlier.
From what I can tell, it doesn’t stop raining in Belfast. At least it hasn’t really since we’ve been here! Things seem wet and kind of depressing. I noticed people in the pub early in the evening, say around 6:30pm drinking liquer – on a Tuesday – not really something I’m used to seeing!
The show last night was great, we played to roughly 300 guests in a 500 capacity (I think) room. Xaivers set was great as always, it seems that he is very good at winning over even the harshest audience – I get the feeling that Belfast is a moderately rough city.
Today we’re driving back to Dublin to catch our flight to Edinburough. Were playing there tonight with Xaiver.
