Photopro.ca site almost done

Friday, July 29th, 2005

I’ve been working on the photopro.ca site for a few months ago. I met the client at my other job (selling furniture at staples), and we happen to start talking about design, photography etc. I mentioned that I do web design, and they took my card. Funny how some things happen sometimes.

Anyway, check out their new site:

Steamin up!

Thursday, July 28th, 2005

Woah, things are steaming up here…

actually, its cooling down outside, we have our windows open tonight for the first time this month, its pretty nice to feel some fresh air in the house.

On the other hand, other things are steaming up mainly work.. I seem to be picking up a bunch of work. And its all good. its great actually. Making money is good, and also makes my bank account happy, and also makes me happy all in one shot (not to mention it keeps me busy).

So, heres to good karma, and more work coming down the pipes!

Sugar Crash

Monday, July 25th, 2005

I’ve recently become addicted to online arcade games. I found this one through another site this morning, and I cant stop playing it.. Its your regular “breakout” style game, involving a child, a sugar cube, and a bed. Try it out. its hilarious.

Sugar Crash

In a band.

Sunday, July 24th, 2005

I’ve been obsessing about playing in a band again the last few weeks.
I just really miss playing for people. Whats the point of having taken music lessons for practically one half of my existence and not ever showing off my skill/talent (whats left of it). I really do miss it, and I really do want to get something going again.

I just hope that soon my job situation levels out and I have a chance to actually make my dream of being a designer by day and musician by night a reality.

I guess until then, Garageband will be my outlet,

A few mins with Garageband

Friday, July 22nd, 2005

Oh, how I love Garageband.
Its fast, easy and fun.
I made this quick little track this afternoon. No vocals, just guitars and drum loops. Enjoy.
